Tennessee

June 10th I will be leaving for my week trip

to Tennessee!!!!! I will be going with all

of Michaels family. Im so excited about going!

I can finally cross something else off my bucket list

hahaha. but anyways im not really sure exactly where

we will be going but i do know for sure we will be

going to Dollywood. for those of you who dont

know what Dollywood is, its Dolly Partons

theme park! kind of like Six Flags. heres

some pictures of it to understand what 

im talking about hahahaha. 

theres also shopping and nice dinning on the park

also. im super excited and have to start saving

my money!!!! hahaha.

crafts

Ever since me and Michael went grocery shopping

and spent about 100 dollars on barely anything.

I thought i would start collecting and using coupons.

I watched a show on TLC called "Extreme 

Couponing" and these women buy about $1200

worth of food and only actually pay 8 dollars!!!

how amazing is that!!! so I sat down one night

with one of Michaels old shoe boxes and created

a box that i will organize all our coupons in. so when

I go grocery shopping i wont be spending 100 dollars.

As you read in my last post my brother got engaged

to Rikki Leigh. Im so happy for them. the wedding

is October 29th in Santa Anna, TX. And for all

the girls that are engaged or already married you know

you need a wedding planner book or binder. its a must

have. Well I made one for Rikki Leigh and scrapbooked

the cover for her with a picture of her and Jacob. its so

adorable and i cant wait to give it to her today! shes going

to love it! 

 For my room in my appartment i needed

a picture of me and Michael. So i went to my

favorite place ever...Hobby Lobby...and bought a

scrapbook picture frame. its pretty much like a 

shadow box but not as deep. and I scrapbooked

a page with our picture and hung it on my wall.

thats all my crafts that ive done lately. 

i still need to start on me and michaels 

scrapbook. but i need to invest in a camera 

so i cant start taking better pictures..

waxing

So I went out and bought a leg waxing kit.

because ive gotten so lazy with shaving my

legs and i decided since it was about to

be bikini weather that i need to get my 

legs...lets just sayy...less hairy. hahaha

Ive been told that waxing really hurts but 

i never really thought that i would hurt

as bad as it did. im pretty sure i yelled 

so loud the neighbors could hear me.

but after about a week of trying to survive 

this i finally got it done....and my legs feel

really really nice haha. 

Things im loving Thursdayy.

So i havent posted anything in a LONG time...

so here im catching up on my things im loving today..

1. The Grove apartments.

Ive been living here for over a month

now and i absolutely love it. Its so

nice here and they always have activities 

going on, esp around the pool. and with the

weather getting warmer its nice to be able

to go lay out at the pool. or go to the 

tanning bed they have here. 

2. The weather! 

I love this weather!!! ive planted my anual spring 

10 foot sunflowers at my house! i cant wait for them

to start growing....and my Oma bought me a bird house

and a butterfly to be out with my flowers. 

3. Weddings!

My friend Christen is getting married in just 

2 1/2 months!!! im super excited for her and 

Bryan.  On April 30th she is having a lingerie 

shower...im super pumped for it. 

aw there adorible!!

and theres another wedding going to be 

happening soon but im not allowed to 

say just yet. cause she doesnt know yet.

and my wedding...no im not engaged yet lol

but i am planning...and my wedding is

peacock feathers and deep purple. 

and my honey Michael is drawing my dream

cake! i could never decide on a cake and he 

said he would try and draw me one and i just

fell in love!!! with it.

its not done yet lol

4. Jobs

I work at Chick fil A and im actually starting

to like it. haha. weird enough to say but i am 

hahahahaha. 

5. Camping trips.

Me and Michael and a bunch of friends are

going camping next weekend...and i havnt been

camping in a long time so im not sure how this is

going to work out...all i know is that i have to share

a tent with a bunch of people and have to share a

shower and bathroom with who knows how many people

not so excited about that but i am excited to go have a 

great time with these great people.

6. Soul Surfer Movie.

OMG i love this story of Bethany Hamilton.

i read her book she wrote and i cant believe 

they are making a movie about her. She was a 

pro surfer that lived in Hawaii and on Halloween

she got her arm bite off by a 14 foot tiger shark

about 2 months after recovering from her injury she

got back on her surf board and went back to surfing.

when i heard about the movie i couldnt wait to see it

it comes about tomorrow so Mike is taking me on a 

date to go see it...i can not wait!!!!

7. TV shows

all my shows are back on tv!!! 

Dancing with the stars...has KENDRA on it!!! 

ive voted for her every week!!! shes amazing!!!

My fair wedding with david tutera 

he is the BEST wedding planner ever!

these brides have some crazy ideas with

there weddings....from swamp to monopoly themed

to diva.....and he takes there crazy ideas and makes

them beautiful!!! oh i hope he can be my wedding

planner one day. i know he would do a WONDERFUL

job!

8. Quilts!

i am in the process of sewing me a quilt. by using a

sewing machine of course! hahaha. 

but Michaels mom got me into this when

she showed me all her quilts she had made and i just

had to make me one! 

9. My honey

all i have to say is he puts up

with me...hahaha.  and sometimes

he gets mad at me for always picking on

him and stuff but he is always here for me.

hes such a sweet guy and i cant believe hes

mine hahaha.

So Haley told me she was looking at all

and ive been looking at them so i decided to
